Users retain ownership of the content they post (profiles, resumes, job posts), but grant JOBES a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display and distribute that content in connection with the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the rights to the content you post and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

6. Payments, Fees & Billing

Some features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a paid plan or services, you agree to the pricing, payment terms and refund policy presented at purchase. You authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge your selected payment method. It is your responsibility to keep billing information current.

If billing fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is resolved.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (code, UI, branding, documentation) are owned by JOBES or our licensors. Except for the limited rights granted to you in these Terms, you receive no rights, title or interest in the Service or our IP.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither JOBES nor its officers, employees or partners will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages will be limited to the total fees paid by you to JOBES in the 12 months preceding the claim (or USD 100 if you have not paid fees).

You agree to indemnify and hold JOBES and its affiliates harmless from any claim, demand, loss, liability or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.
